International Women's Day is coming up on the 8th of March, and to get you ready, here's a behind the scenes sneak peek at inspiring new drama Misbehaviour.
Keira Knightley leads the star-studded cast of this fact-based story, one that recaps the madness of the 1970 Miss World competition. A spectrum of women's viewpoints all collides on the evening of this televisual event, from those on the margins who are picketing against its inherent sexism, to those women taking part in the competition who are stigmatised because of their race.
Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Jessie Buckley, Rhys Ifans, Keeley Hawes, Lesley Manville and Greg Kinnear make up the excellent ensemble in this story of liberation from the male patriarchy. Check out the following featurette in which the real-life Women's Liberation Front members, featured in the movie, talk about their story being brought to the big screen.
Misbehaviour is released on the 13th of March. Planning to watch it? Let us know @Cineworld.
