T&Cs – Applicable to the 1917 Twitter Prize Draw

- By entering the 1917 Twitter Prize Draw you will be deemed to accept these T&Cs.
- All instructions in the relevant Cineworld Tweet relating to this Prize Draw form part of these T&Cs.
- Participants must be a UK resident aged 16 years or over to participate. This Prize Draw is not available to employees of Cineworld, Universal Pictures, their immediate families, or anyone else professionally connected with the Prize Draw.
- The Prize Draw opens at 19:00 on 03/02/20 and closes at 23:59 on 11/02/20. Entries received outside of this time period will not be considered.
- Entry to the Prize Draw is free and entered through re-tweeting the Cineworld tweet.
- The promoter will not be liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.
- Only one (1) entry per person is permitted.
- The Prizes are provided by Park Circus. There will be one (1) winner who will receive a signed 1917 poster and the 1917 soundtrack. There will also be three (3) runners up who will receive the 1917 soundtrack. The winner and runners-up will be chosen by way of a random draw from all entries received in accordance with these T&Cs. The draw will be performed by a random computer process. The draw will take place on or after 12/02/20.
- The promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
- The winner and runners-up will be notified by direct message on Twitter, within 10 working days of the Prize Draw closing date, and will be given details of how to claim the prize.
- Copyright in all entries shall be owned by the promoter.
- Cineworld may announce the winner and runners-up’s last names on Twitter and the winner and runners-up may be required to take part in publicity related to the Prize Draw. By entering this Prize Draw the winner and runners-up hereby agrees to take part in any such publicity.
- Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or higher value.
- A paper copy of these T&Cs and/or the last name and county of the winner may be obtained by sending a request and stamped addressed envelope to the following address: 1917 Twitter Prize Draw, Cineworld Cinemas Marketing Dept, 8th Floor, Vantage London, Great West Road, Brentford, TW8 9AG.
- Promoter is Cineworld Cinemas Limited, 8th Floor, Vantage London, Great West Road, Brentford, TW8 9AG. Cineworld reserves the right to (i) amend or withdraw these T&Cs at any time and without notice, and (ii) terminate or suspend the Prize Draw at any time due to circumstances beyond its control.
- All data provided by entrants will be treated in line with Cineworld Cinema’s Privacy Policy (available on the Cineworld website at www.cineworld.com).
- These T&Cs (and any related disputes) are subject to interpretation under the laws of England and Wales, and to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
