The trailer teaser is boss!
We defy any film fan not to be drawn in by the teaser trailer. So many punches are packed into that 43-second clip you’ll get swept up in the buzz from the trailer alone. There’s the main star’s cowboy swagger and fight scenes that’ll get your pulse racing.
And as if that wasn’t enough, bursts of rapid-fire action are peppered with slo-mo bits that let us breathe in the brilliance of our hero.
Watch it in Superscreen – it’ll be even bigger and better
Every kick and punch is choreographed to have maximum brutal impact, which will look great on the big screen. Now imagine the force of that punch landing if you watch the film in a premium format, like Superscreen. Oof. You will feel the force, for sure.
And not just of the punches, the emotional beats will have a greater impact too, on the supersized screen.
Super star Pawan Kalyan puts on a power performance
This man isn’t just an actor, he’s a politician and martial artist too. His loyal fanbase adore his inimitable style and larger-than-life mannerisms. Hugely multi-talented, his role as action choreographer feed into his screen presence too, along with martial arts.
One of the highest-paid actors in Indian cinema, this man deserves our attention.
A hero to cheer for, and a plot that packs a punch (and karate kick)
Pawan Kalyan plays a cop with boundless courage. As a tribal boy he was raised on strong morals and a righteous sense of justice, as a cop he faces down seemingly insurmountable and downright dangerous forces.
Tense, action-packed and fast-paced, it will be truly exciting to watch this man in action as he takes us on a hero’s fight against injustice.
It’s based on the 2016 Tamil film, Theri… or is it?
The first news was that Ustaad Bhagat Singh is a remake of the Tamil hit Theri. Director Harish Shankar denied this, stating that the only similarity is that both are cop stories. Intrigued? We'll have to watch to find out.
The film has an earlier-than-expected release date
Films are sometimes postponed, but not often preponed. Instead of waiting until 26th March to see the film, you can now watch it from 19th March – a whole week earlier.
Dynamic duo of main star and director
Anticipation is high for this film because, creatively, it promises to deliver big purely on the strength of its leading star and director alone. This is the second time Pawan Kalyan and director Harish Shankar have worked together. Their previous hit, Gabbar Singh, has got fans really excited to see what they’ll do next. Talk about building on their strengths.
The sets are breathtaking in scale
Enormous sets have been built for Ustaad Bhagat Singh and the scale is mind-boggling. A full police station was constructed, plus a large set along a busy two-lane highway. The commitment is impressive.
Fans are loving the cowboy vibe
Seeing Pawan Kalyan in boots and hat has set the fan zone alive. They are enjoying seeing their favourite actor in cowboy mode very much. Here’s a character who follows his own rules, too.
With all these cinematic elements, star power, and a high-speed-to-slo-mo pace, this is one action-packed ride. And don’t forget you can book a Superscreen viewing too. Click on the book button below.
