Aquarius (20th January - 18th February) - Aang: The Last Airbender
It makes sense, as an air sign, that Aquarius would fit so well with Aang: The Last Airbender. Taking place a few years on from where we last met Aang, his pacifist philosophy compliments Aquarius, who are known for being unique, humanitarian, and forward-thinking.
Aang: The Last Airbender will be released on 23rd October, 2026.
Pisces (19th February - 20th March) - Moana Disney Live Action
Ruled by Neptune, the planet of the sea and dreams, Pisces couldn’t be more closely in tune with the Disney live action Moana coming in 2026. Drawn to the water, empowering musical numbers like “How Far I’ll Go” will tap into Aquarius’ sensitive side as our real-life Moana, Catherine Laga'aia, goes on an emotional journey to reconnect with her ancestors.
The upcoming Disney movie, the live action version of Moana will arrive on 10th July, 2026.
Aries (21st March - 19th April) - The Mandalorian & Grogu
The warrior of the zodiac, you’re easy to liken to Pedro Pascal’s Din Djarin in The Mandalorian & Grogu. You’re all about taking action and often find yourself in a leadership role. Promising more fast-paced, high-stakes action, The Mandalorian & Grogu will continue its journey onto the big screen.
The Mandalorian & Grogu is being released on 22nd May, 2026.
Taurus (20th April - 20th May) - The Super Mario Galaxy Movie
Ask us for three words to describe Taurus energy and we’d say: fun, vibrant, and cosy. What 2026 release captures that better than The Super Mario Galaxy Movie. A continuation of Nintendo’s first feature length film following the Mario brothers in 2023, The Super Mario Galaxy Movie promises stunning, sensory-rich worlds and plenty of nostalgia for those who were big fans of the original games.
The Super Mario Galaxy Movie also comes out right before Taurus season starts on 3rd April, 2026.
Gemini (21st May - 20th June) - Avengers: Doomsday
Gemini is the sign of the twins, and what is a more fitting 2026 release fit than Avengers: Doomsday, in which Robert Downey Jr. will take on a new character within the MCU. Now portraying Doctor Doom, while little is known about the plot of Avengers: Doomsday, you can guarantee chaos – Gemini’s middle name, right?
Avengers: Doomsday is out on 18th December, 2026.
Cancer (21st June - 22nd July) - Toy Story 5
Cancers are deemed nostalgic, sentimental, family-orientated individuals who are especially sentimental about memories and their childhood. Obviously, if you’re a Cancer, you’re also Toy Story 5. This franchise has infiltrated multiple generations, the kids that watched the first in 1995 now grown-up with their own kids. One for all ages, Toy Story 5 is bringing back the gang – including Woody – as they face a modern parenting conundrum: screentime.
Toy Story 5 is out on 19th June, 2026.
Leo (23rd July - 22nd August) - Supergirl
Supergirl is one for the Leos, through and through. Ruled by the sun, Supergirl is quite literally powered by it. It just makes sense. Starring Milly Alcock as Supergirl AKA Kara Zor-El, this is the next in James Gunn’s DC Universe, and captures a story of legacy, majesty, and standing up against what feels most impossibly to defeat. Given Leos are giving off royal, powerful vibes, Supergirl and Leos go hand in hand.
Supergirl is being released on 26th June, 2026.
Virgo (23rd August - 22nd September) - Project Hail Mary
Virgos certainly like things a certain way, but their meticulous ways make them great problem-solvers, which Ryan Gosling certainly needs to be a dab-hand at as he sails through space in Project Hail Mary. Alone and suffering from amnesia, we’re not sure the fellow Virgos in our lives would handle it all that well, but Gosling definitely has it covered.
Project Hail Mary is being released on 20th March, 2026.
Libra (23rd September - 22nd October) - Reminders of Him
Libras are some love sick puppies, so only the mushiest Colleen Hoover adaptation will do. Ruled by love and relationships, they love stories about, well, love – and a heavy dose of anguish. And Reminders of Him absolutely fits that bill. When Kenna’s boyfriend ends up dying in a road accident, she leaves prison seven years later looking for forgiveness and to rekindle her relationship with her daughter. A whole lot of emotional upheaval then, yeah?
Reminders of Him is out 13th March, 2026.
Scorpio (23rd October - 21st November) - Dune: Messiah
Scorpios don’t hold back on giving over to their darker side, and Dune: Messiah definitely promises some more intense themes as the hero archetype slowly comes crumbling down as the story wades further into the prophecy.
Dune: Messiah comes out 18th December, 2026.
Sagittarius (22nd November - 21st December) - The Odyssey
Oh, the wanderlust is rife in this one. Sagittarius are often deemed the adventurous ones, restless in spirit and always aiming big. What 2026 release could a Sagittarius possibly be other than Christopher Nolan’s next epic, The Odyssey, based upon Homer’s own ancient Greek epic. Set after the Trojan War, Odysseus, king of Ithaca, makes his perilous journey home.
The Odyssey is being released on 17th July, 2026.
