Remember those awkward teenage years when you transformed into a giant red panda? No? Sorry, we're getting you confused with the hero of Disney-Pixar's newly announced movie Turning Red.
Director Domee Shi, who won an Oscar for the delightful Pixar short movie Bao, makes her feature film debut with Turning Red. Announced as part of Disney Investor Day, it's being described as a coming-of-age story with a unique twist. Our central character is Mei, and she has more to deal with than young love and acne.
