For the first time in the Danny Boyle horror franchise, time has not moved on. A direct sequel to 2025’s hit 28 Years Later, we’re returning to The Bone Temple where Spike is being inaugurated into Jimmy Crystal’s gang, and Dr. Kelson might have just made a significant discovery that could change the course of the rage virus and the world in its current state.
Starting off the 2026 film slate strong, 28 Years Later: The Bone Temple arrives at Cineworld on 16th January – and it’s once again getting the special formats treatment with confirmation it’ll be showing in ScreenX and Superscreen.
