Cineworld is once again summoning horror fans to come in their swarms and clans as the eighth Secret Screaming is almost upon us. Opening the eighth gate to horror, the next Secret Screaming takes place on July 7th – and, as with all secret screenings, you won't know what you're watching until you're there. Beware: expect plenty of jump scares, blood and glore, and maybe a murderous or demonic being of some kind.
There have already been five Secret Screaming events this year alone, but with plenty more exciting horror movies on the 2025 films slate, it's sure to be another incredible upcoming horror movie release.

What films have been shown at past Secret Screamings?
An exciting opportunity to see a brand new horror movie before its official release, in February horror fans watched both Heart Eyes and The Monkey before their respective release dates. It was the same with Drew Hancock’s sci-fi thriller, Companion, back in January. In recent months, Secret Screaming attendees have also watched The Ritual and Dangerous Animals.
Secret Screenings always mean you'll be seeing a movie before it's out for the rest of the general public to watch, whether it's a horror movie special or one of Cineworld's other Secret Screening events.
The possibilities of what you might be watching at the eighth Cineworld horror event are endless – but almost certainly full of blood, sweat, and screams.
Could it be July's I Know What You Did Last Summer? Horror fans are also anticipating the release of Bring Her Back and the Drave Franco movie Together. Or it could be something else entirely? You’ll have to book your tickets to find out. Whatever it is, you'll be seeing it before it is released to the general public.
