
This month’s slate of new movies is truly thrillifying. Between the long anticipated release of Jon Chu’s Wicked: For Good at the end of the month, as well as Disney’s sequel to 2016 movie Zootropolis. You’re also getting a bit of horror mixed in with a bit of action with the latest Predator film and Glen Powell’s The Running Man, as well as expert slight of hand with the third Now You See Me movie.

Predator: Badlands (7th November)
It’s been a while since the red carpet was rolled out for a Predator movie cinematic release, but Predator: Badlands is almost here, taking place somewhere in the future where we meet an outlawed Predator who forms an unlikely alliance with Thia. The pair set off on a journey to find the Predator’s ultimate conquest. Heavy prosthetics conceal Dimitrius Schuster-Koloamatangi, who plays Dek, the young Predator, while Elle Fanning stars as Thia, a Weyland-Yutani.

The Choral (7th November)
It’s 1916 and Ralph Fiennes is Dr. Guthrie, a chorus master, recently returned off the back of a career in Germany. He takes on the endeavour to bring in fresh talent to Ramsden’s Choral Society and boost morale as war wages on on the Western Front. With many members conscripted into the army, the only way through seems to be music.
Paw Patrol Christmas (7th November)
Get the little’uns into the festive spirit with their favourite gang of pooches as Paw Patrol Christmas comes to town. Ryder, Chase, Marshall, Skye, Rocky, Rubble, and Zuma will all be there and heading on a holiday adventure that’ll certainly involve some kind of seasonal turmoil. But don’t worry, the gang have got it covered, jingle bells and all.

Die My Love (14th November)
Jennifer Lawrence and Robert Pattinson star in this book-to-screen adaptation, a psychological comedy drama that explores the isolation of motherhood and a woman pushed to the brink of madness. When young couple Grace and Jackson leave behind the sky scrapers of NYC for a new life in Montana, Grace struggles in her new role as a mother, and her depleting mental health sees her marriage strained, wading into unpredictable territory.
The Running Man (14th November)
It’s almost time for the games to begin as Glen Powell stars in The Running Man. A reboot of the late 80s movie starring Arnold Schwarznegger, Powell is Ben Richards, a man down on his luck and looking to make a quick buck. Enter The Running Game, a TV game show in which participants must evade capture and death for 30 days in order to win a life-changing amount of money. Featuring plenty of epic stunts, it's coming out in a number of special formats, so book your tickets below.
Now You See Me: Now You Don’t (14th November)
The magicians are back for another instalment of trick or heist as they attempt to steal the world’s largest queen diamond. In order to do so, the Four Horsemen must recruit three new skilled illusionists, played by Justice Smith, Dominic Sessa, and Ariana Greenblatt. Rosamund Pike stars as Veronika Vanderberg, matriarch of the crime family Danny, Merritt, Jack, and Henley wish to steal from.

Nuremberg (14th November)
If war films are your thing, November also sees a new WW2 film enter the chat. Nuremberg follows the events of the Nuremberg trials, in which key players in Nazi Germany were put on trial for their involvement in crimes against peace and humanity. Zodiac director James Vanderbilt’s Nuremberg captures a smaller part of the story as chief psychiatrist Douglas Kelley goes up against Hermann Göring, Hitler’s right-hand man, in order to determine whether members of the Nazi military are fit for trial. Rami Malek plays Douglas Kelley, while Russell Crowe will portraya Herman Göring.
Christmas Karma (14th November)
With it almost socially acceptable to begin getting excited about Christmas, the Christmas movies are on the way, and Christmas Karma is delivering all that cheesy goodness. Taking inspiration from Bollywood, Christmas Karma brings together the UK’s melting pot of cultures with incredible British talent, including Bridgerton’s Charithra Chandran and Kunal Nayyar, in a musical retelling of A Christmas Carol. Christmas Karma also stars Hugh Bonneville, Eva Longoria, Billy Porter, Danny Dyer, Boy George, and many more.
Wicked: For Good (21st November)
Act 2 of Jon Chu’s adaptation of Broadway hit Wicked is almost here as Ariana Grande and Cynthia Erivo step into their new roles as the Good and Wicked Witch of Oz. Elphaba is living in exile while Glinda resides in the Wizard’s palace in the Emerald City. Depicting the events that take place just before Dorothy arrives in the Oz universe timeline, the two must play the roles they have been assigned in order to change Oz for good.
Zootropolis (28th November)
It’s been almost ten years since we wre last with that smart-thinking rabbit, Judy Hopps, and the cunning fox, Nick Wilde. Having turned over a new leaf, Nick now finds himself tied up in another mystery with Judy that they must solve in order to save Zootropolis from a reptile intent on causing chaos. We just hope to see that hilarious sloth again.
