From Inception to Everything Everywhere All At Once, we've been treated to some brilliant mind-bending movies over the years – and now there's another one to look forward to, as Hypnotic arrives at Cineworld cinemas next week (Friday May 26).
Directed by the legendary Robert Rodriguez (El Mariachi, From Dusk Till Dawn), this sci-fi thriller stars Ben Affleck as a police detective who's trying to unravel the mystery of his seven-year-old daughter's disappearance. In doing so, he finds himself spiralling into a rabbit hole of bank heists, psychics and secret government programs.
Though Hypnotic isn't going on general release until next week, we put on a special preview screening for Cineworld Unlimited members on Monday. But what did they make of it? Here, we round up a selection of comments from Twitter...

This Unlimited member thoroughly enjoyed their visit to Cineworld, giving the film a massive thumbs-up...
It's a very good film and the story funny enough outsmarted me with the unexpected twists which I was not prepared for. It's almost like a mind-drug. The acting was absolutely superb especially from Ben Affleck. Definitely watch it for yourselves everyone! Score: 8.8/10! Grade: A

And finally, this person found the film imperfect but fairly enjoyable nonetheless...
Interesting idea but falls short with the clunkiness of the visual cues within the first hour of the film, not enough wow factor with the reveal of the twist either. Enjoyable enough to keep you interested but that’s as far as it goes
