Speaking to Men's Health, Tom Hiddleston said he was "overwhelmingly moved" by the script when he first read it. "I really relate to the idea that no human being is one thing. We're not just the job we do or the role we have in our family or our group of friends. We all have an internal world of infinite possibilities, and maybe when we're children, those possibilities feel closer. But as we get older, it's easy to allow those possibilities to start to feel reduced. The great joy of being alive, though, is that you're always alive until you're not."
